Obeid holds a CVE Art Degree from the New Horizon Institute, California, USA in addition to a Diploma in Communication and Public Relations from Bahri University, Khartoum, Sudan. Worked as communications consultant to the Sudanese transition government, Ministers of Religious Affairs and Awqaf, Youth and Sports as well as Culture and Media. Hailing from television experience that spans over 20 years, Obeid established several private Sudanese satellite channels and held several international positions, as Production Director at Al Jazeera Children’s Channel, Director General of Qatar Golden Screen Company, and Communication Advisor at Unilever Mashreq.Founder and General Manager of Luminous Communications.
