Case Study: Minister of Religious Affairs and Awqaf, Sudan 2019 – 2021

After the transitional government formed, communication shortcomings became apparent, with inadequate support for messaging within the civil service and ministers lacking media training. Luminous was approached to aid Minister of Religious Affairs and Awqaf as lack of media experience led to a poorly received statement. “I INVITE JEWS AND STONE-WORSHIPPERS TO RETURN TO THE HOMELAND AND EXERCISE THEIR FREEDOM TO EMBRACE AND WORSHIP”

Result: The minister’s policies gained global support with video testimonies from counterparts. Despite initial challenges, the Prime Minister renewed confidence during a Cabinet reshuffle, granting the minister a new term. Media performance evaluations ranked the minister as the top performer in public confidence within the Cabinet.

 

 

 

Case Study: Spokesperson Project Consultancy

The office of the Spokesperson of the Government of Sudan (GovSpox) is the official voice of the Government of The Republic and acts as the key point of information dissemination between the government and the public both within and outside the country.

The Office of the Spokesperson collects information, news and development from the 26 minstries of the government and the 18 states of the country to collate reports, news, statements, and responses to the public and media.

The GovSpox Editorial Standards will guide work, with an emphasis on quick turnaround and more agile production processes.

This is done through intimidation in the film which reminds and warns the viewer about the consequences of not taking the vaccine.
